Building specialist

Cannara Biotech Inc. is currently looking for an Building Specialist to join a dynamic team.

GENERAL SUMMARY

Under the authority of the CTO, the Building Specialist must assist the IT team in the implementation of network cables and various tasks necessary for the proper functioning of the equipment installations for their service.

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage support team by assigning work schedules
• Plan and execute work orders for:
• cables runs (Network access and security);
• Install conduits and cable trays;
• Clean and maintain surveillance cameras;
• Caulking
• Carry out repairs to the building;
• Replace lights and filters;
• Assist mechanics and electromechanics as needed;

QUALIFICATIONS

• DEP in electricity or other combination deemed equivalent;
• Do not fear heights;
• Be rigorous;
• Be autonomous;
• Ability to work in a team;
• Ability to withstand heat;
• Demonstrate ingenuity and resourcefulness;
• Have good dexterity and physical condition;
• Be able to handle at least 20 kg (45 lbs).
