R&D Assistant

Cannara Biotech has one of the largest indoor cannabis cultivation facilities in Canada. These modern, secure facilities are located in Farnham and Salaberry-de-Valleyfield. Cannara Biotech produces and processes high-quality cannabis indoors, to ensure the best possible product for Quebec and Canadian consumers.

Cannara Biotech Inc. is currently looking for an R&D Assistant who want to join a dynamic team.

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION

Main duties and responsibilities :

• Collect data on current trials and experiments;
• Take samples according to established protocols;
• Compile and analyze data from tests and experiments;
• Maintain accurate records and organize the information collected;
• Contribute to technical reports and documentation of results.

Requirements and qualifications

 Degree in science (biology, agronomy or related fields) or equivalent experience;

 Knowledge of data management and analysis (Microsoft Office);

 Thoroughness, attention to detail and the ability to work independently;

 Good communication and teamwork skills;

 Laboratory or research experience is an asset.

Working conditions

Part-time or full-time. Benefit plan including medical and dental coverage and participation in stock options. No legal impediments related to employment.
