Cannara will not tolerate comments that are deemed racist, hateful, sexist, homophobic, defamatory or life-threatening messages on the following platforms; Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter.
We reserve the right to intervene if an individual promotes unsubstantiated claims; is rude or abusive to an individual or an organization; posts promotional activities, encourages illegal activity; or violates any relevant laws or regulations.
Cannara’s commitments:
- Our customer service team will reply to online comments/questions within 1 business day.
- We will no discuss confidential information about the company’s business strategy.
Individuals found to repeatedly violate the set terms may be blocked or have their content removed from our community pages.
